Aricha Natural Process, Yirgacheffe Ethiopia 12oz
Aricha is a washing station in the village of Idido in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. We've been buying coffee from Aricha for a few years and the quality never fails to impress. This lot was picked ripe, then laid on raised beds to dry in the sun. The result is a sparkling, fruit-forward cup of coffee that will turn the most hardened skeptic of our mantra, "fear not black coffee."
Pictured on the bag is Alton Brown, writer, food personailty, and great coffee enthusiast. Cheers, Alton!
In the cup:
You'll taste dried berries, cherry, streusel, cran-apple juice, orange peel and milk chocolate with a floral aroma.
