Kore Natural Process, Yirgacheffe Ethiopia 12oz

The village of Kore is about 15 miles from the center of the town of Yirgacheffe. There’s a great multitude of heirloom varieties growing in this region, making for great genetic diversity and a very particular cup profile. Most of this coffee comes from people who have small amounts of coffee growing on their land. They bring cherry to a washing station where it is pulped and dried along with many other farmers' production.

Pictured on the bag is a pug. C'mon. How can you say no to that face?

In the cup:
You’ll taste milk chocolate, dried blueberries, lemon icing, and lingering cocoa.
